This MAP Policy is a unilateral policy. It is not an agreement and does not require acceptance by any reseller.
Scope
This policy applies to all advertising of Heckler products in any media, including websites, ecommerce listings, marketplaces, email marketing, paid advertising, and printed materials.
Advertised Price Definition
"Advertised Price" means any publicly displayed or communicated price.
This includes product pages, listings, advertisements, and promotional materials.
This does not include final transaction prices, private quotes, negotiated deals, or pricing communicated directly to a customer in non-public channels.
MAP Levels
Heckler may establish and communicate MAP levels for products from time to time. These may change at Heckler's discretion.
Permitted Practices
- Selling below MAP in private transactions
- Providing discounts via quotes or direct communication
- Offering value-added services where advertised price remains compliant
Prohibited Practices
- Advertising prices below MAP
- Publicly displaying discounts that result in below-MAP pricing
- Using mechanisms that reveal below-MAP pricing publicly
- Marketplace listings below MAP
Marketplace Sales
Sale on third-party marketplaces, such as Amazon, eBay, and Walmart Marketplace, is prohibited unless expressly authorized.
Enforcement
Heckler may monitor advertised pricing and take action at its discretion, including restricting supply, suspending accounts, or terminating reseller status.
All enforcement decisions are unilateral.
No Agreement
This policy is not an agreement. Resellers remain free to set resale prices. Heckler does not seek or accept assurances of compliance.
Modifications
Heckler may update this policy at any time.
