Return Policy

We want your experience with Heckler to be straightforward. This policy explains how returns work for products purchased through our Site.

Returns Overview

  • Standard products may be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • A 15% restocking fee applies to approved returns
  • An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) is required

Eligible Items

To be eligible for return, products must be:

  • Unused and uninstalled
  • In original condition
  • Returned in original packaging with all components and hardware

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or configured products
  • Made-to-order items
  • Products that have been installed or used
  • Clearance or final-sale items

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us at privacy@heckler.com with your order number
  2. We will issue an RMA if the return is approved
  3. Ship the product back using a trackable, insured method

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
  • Risk of loss remains with the customer until received by Heckler

Inspection and Refunds

  • All returns are inspected upon receipt
  • Approved refunds are issued after inspection
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law

B2B / Wholesale Orders

Returns from resellers, integrators, and wholesale customers may be subject to additional restrictions or require prior approval.
