We want your experience with Heckler to be straightforward. This policy explains how returns work for products purchased through our Site.
Returns Overview
- Standard products may be returned within 30 days of delivery
- A 15% restocking fee applies to approved returns
- An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) is required
Eligible Items
To be eligible for return, products must be:
- Unused and uninstalled
- In original condition
- Returned in original packaging with all components and hardware
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom or configured products
- Made-to-order items
- Products that have been installed or used
- Clearance or final-sale items
How to Start a Return
- Contact us at privacy@heckler.com with your order number
- We will issue an RMA if the return is approved
- Ship the product back using a trackable, insured method
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
- Risk of loss remains with the customer until received by Heckler
Inspection and Refunds
- All returns are inspected upon receipt
- Approved refunds are issued after inspection
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law
B2B / Wholesale Orders
Returns from resellers, integrators, and wholesale customers may be subject to additional restrictions or require prior approval.
